Finally got this one on the dyno.

Swapped revised lifters for OEM ones ✅
swapped chromed ECU for Haltech s3 ✅
Installed fluid dampener pulley ✅
installed Evospec under drive pulleys ✅
rewired the R'Venge cop correctly ✅
Redo the grounds and all power supply cables ✅
Fixed all the stripped bolt holes ✅
beadrolled all the intercooler pipes ✅

Arashi 20T turbos. (These turbos impress me. Every set I tune tends to make numbers) it's hard to bet against these for their cost. 750cc low impedance injectors were kept in check and they delivered. This was 93oct. We have plenty more coming!!

94 3000gt vr4. 175k miles.

Bought this car to fix up and sell. We're going to fix the clutch along with some maintenance as well. The car does run. It's apart at the moment for obvious reasons. It looks as it does in the pictures here. The car is stock.

We're replacing
Timing belt ✅
Timing belt tensioner ✅
Timing belt idler pulley ✅
Water pump ✅
Spark plugs✅
Spark plug wires ✅
Plenum gaskets ✅
Clutch/pressure plate/friction disk/flywheel✅
Engine/trans fluids✅

Has the Chrome 18in wheels
Paint is in decent shape had some clear peeling on the passenger rear
Driver seat has tear along the bottom (can get pictures)
The interior is great other than the driver seat tear.

I'll be doing video documentation starting next week to show all maintenance being done. Also videos of the car starting and running. That way if you're interested you can follow along.

FINALLY!!!

This car can head back to FL under it's own power better than ever. There were so many things to fix it's not even funny. From fueling issues, head sealing issues, bad wiring, AEM v2 doing what it does best, injectors dying blah blah blah!!! It's finally going home making 738whp and 540wtq. It is a 2.3 stroker so no crazy revs plus I want this car to live so the owner can enjoy it. I'm so happy, that this feeling is an unfamiliar feeling lol. From FL to NC......BlackSheepTuning

I may eventually turn into a Mitsubishi authorized dealer. From the looks of it I'm not going to be able to escape it lol. 3000gt that'll hit the dyno soon, and the Evo 8 (post gremlin filled) will be back on the dyno Wednesday. Teaser pulls 😉

Finally thought today would be great, and to a degree it was. Saving my buddies Evo from the treacherous hands of the past has put me into overtime. Finally ready for the pump gas side of tuning and then the flex fuel sensor loses connection mid pull. We'll be back to finish on E. 530whp and 404tq on the mustang Dyno gate pressure(27psi). Also a sneak peak of Mr. Prices VR4. FINALLY sorted out all his issues and moved him on to a Haltech s3.... Car hadn't ran in some years (this will be a separate post). Typical Saturdays for me, I guess this is my "Going out" lol.

Evo X MR came in from the upstate area. Car was plagued with a P1320 code "ignition timing re**rd insufficient." Well...... When you look at the timing maps it's a no brainer. Being a SST transmission SOME of your compensation tables for boost, timing, throttle are related to the transmission mapping. You should never see a timing map like this or you WILL have issues. This car was suffering from MSNRR in a big way. It's all wrapped up and ready to go now. 🫡

Sheesh, this car was horrible. Tuning the MR trans takes a little understanding of how it works and what you can and shouldn't change in the software. Once done correctly it's pretty fun to drive around.

Gorgeous Evo 3..... Built shortblock from Black Sheep Tuning. Link G4x ECU and guess what...... Boost controller issues. Luckily I had one, and once we passed wastegate pressure (12psi, 250whp) BAAAMMM blew a hole in the intercooler pipe. 🙄, as I type this the car is fixed and ready to go. We'll have to wait till I return and get this EVO back on the dyno only shooting for 350 and we not 300 on 18psi before the pipe self destructed. This pull in the video is wastegate pressure 😁

Dyno days are never easy lol. Boost controller dies, cheap oil cap just spits everywhere, connectors acting like it's not connecting, alternator giving up in the higher rpms......aggghhhh. All these things are fixable. 3rd car I had on the dyno this day. I'm whooped, so bad I ran out of gas......on the dyno lol. 610whp 35psi 10° timing. Map 1 of 4. Let me get some more E and we'll be back lol. In the meantime enjoy the run before my fueling issue lol.
