Behind the scenes 1984 Car Craft Magazine cover and feature photo with Greg Csernai's Mustang and our 1979 Mustang with Deb and Greg's girlfriend. I am not sure how Greg and I also ended up on the cover? I think the cars and the girls would have been enough.

The best byproduct of any automotive event is meeting new faces and hanging out with friends you haven't seen in a while. Here are a few photos of some good friends that came by to say hello to Debbie Hay and I this past weekend in Southern Cal. Five time Emmy award winning television news journalist. ABC, NBC News anchor, TV show co-host and media mogul, Asha Blake. Hot Rod custom car designer, fabricator, builder and owner of Pure Vision Design and Customs, Steve Strope. Our president of the Television Motion Picture Car Club, Cliff Greenough. And Mr. Hot Wheels, Larry Wood himself. Spending a little time with the Bird. After attending an awesome Hot Wheels Legends Tour show at Mattel Headquarters in El Segundo CA. this past weekend that also show cased our Thunderbird as well as some of its pre-production prototype models. We are very proud to announce the brand-new release of our Mattel Hot Wheels, Matt and Debbie Hay Pro Street Thunderbird. Nearly 16 months from conception to the finished model. I had no idea the time, effort and creativity that goes into developing a brand-new Hot Wheels car. Many thanks to Bryan, Brendon and the entire Mattel Hot Wheels design team for creating such a beautiful 1/64 scale replica of our Thunderbird. This little gem will be available at your favorite retailer worldwide within the next month.
