I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the years we had our flea market… and all of YOU.
From 2013 to 2017, those were truly some of the best days of my life. Getting to visit with everyone who walked through those doors, seeing familiar faces week after week, and building friendships that I still cherish today meant more than I can ever put into words.
Working side by side with my son every day, going to auctions with my husband and son, loading up the truck, and bringing everything back to the flea market… it wasn’t just work—it was fun, it was family, and it was a time in our lives we will never forget.
And the truth is, it was all made possible because of YOU. Every person who came in, shopped, visited, laughed with us, and supported us—you are the reason those years were so special.
That’s why I’ve never closed this page. I still get messages and notifications daily from so many of you saying you miss it—and yes, even asking about our little monkeys 😊 Tito and Mattie That means the world to me.
We miss you all more than you know.
We’ve moved into a new chapter with real estate, but those memories will always be a huge part of our story.
And here’s something exciting… we are hoping this year to have Mattie in the Cave City Watermelon Festival parade! 🍉 We would LOVE to see everyone there as she throws candy out of the sunroof of the Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas truck.
Thank you all again—for the memories, the support, and for never forgetting us. We sure haven’t forgotten you ❤️

Date & Time: Thursday, July 25th, from 11 AM to 2 PM
Location: New office in Cave City, Arkansas

Finger Food: Enjoy delicious finger food from local vendors in Cave City.
Giveaways: Enter to win a giveaway every 30 minutes. All prizes are from local businesses in Cave City.
Photo Opportunity: Take a special photo with your favorite agent, a friend, or family member. We'll have a camera set up in one of the offices, and we want to decorate our office with canvases of our clients, friends, and family.

We've been in business since February 2016.
We've owned the Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas Franchise since March 2017.
Our main headquarters have always been in Cave City, Arkansas, though we also have branches in Southside and Horseshoe Bend.
Our team consists of seasoned Agents and Land Specialists who are here to help you.

We share this incredible building with Backroads Insurance Company, LLC, owner, Tonya Wojcik and CSR, Hannah Booth. They will also be opening their doors for their present and future clients!

Additional Event: Cave City Watermelon Festival

Fishing Derby: Sponsored by Mossy Oak Properties, the kids' fishing derby kicks off Friday morning.
Fishing Poles Giveaway: We will hand out 100 fishing poles to the first 100 kids in line starting at 7:30 AM. The fishing event is from 8 AM to 10 AM for kids aged 12 and under. We will have extra poles for those who don't have one, so every child can participate.
Festival Games: After the fishing derby, enjoy more games and activities at the festival. The festival is FREE, and everyone is welcome.
