A couple of weeks ago, one of our employees had a death in his family; an absolute tragedy. We know some members of this family, and know how much they were affected by this loss.

We have not stopped thinking about this tragedy, and we decided it is time for us to make a change and to spend more quality time with our own families and friends. We are always on the clock. We have been working seven days a week since we started in August 2020. Our days off are holidays or when the weather makes it difficult for us to open.

Therefore, we made a decision. Starting in July, we will close on Mondays at both locations. This change will help Hector and I with a little more life/work balance, and it will also help our employees.

We hope this is not too much of an inconvenience to our wonderful customers, and we hope you understand.

In the meantime, know we are here to serve you as best we can.
