American Standard Window Film CARBON ULTRA 5% installed on this ‘21 Honda Civic.

I N S T A L L … Finally to the good stuff. A few more preps and boom, it’s on. And YES, I did install backwards 🤦🏽‍♂️😄 but hey, the prep was 👌🏽, so turning it around was no problem. Film used was American Standard Window Film Carbon Ultra 5% with a good match to the existing tint.

PREP RULZ ALL in window film, especially after a removal like this. I probably scrubbed and wiped it 5-6x before install. Make sure NOTHING is left on the glass.

Even when film is failing, it’s still working to an extent.

Worked exactly how it was supposed to. The film and adhesive were in such bad shape, there was absolutely no way to avoid the glue clean up afterwards 🤷🏽‍♂️🧼🧽

It’s coming along nicely👍🏽💯
