Sorry about the small lack of posting updates, today despite the temperature and humidity, I actually got the energy and interest to go outside and really work on the truck. Spent a good couple hours working on it which made me feel good. So here's the latest update...

Did a little touch up work and fluid maintenance today. But most of all I got 75% of the truck prepped for a new brake system. All wheels but one.

Also the hood I've decided is getting repainted. I haven't decided when though. However, with repainting the hood comes a variety of color options. P.s. I need help with choosing a good color!

This truck I bought for $500 a little more than a month ago. The seller stated that it needed a fuel pump. After getting it home I did some further digging. Turns out the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) wasn’t even communicating with the fuel pump. So my grandpa ran a wire from the pump directly to the battery. Thankfully we breathed life into the pump. So a few times I was thinking about giving up. I decided that instead of doing that, I’m going to get rid of rusty old parts and restore this truck one area at a time. I will also post some parts for sale if I don’t like them but they’re still good.
