Kia Sportage — Matte Ceramic Protection ✨
Not all ceramic coatings are designed to make your paint shine—and that’s especially important when you’re working with a factory matte finish!
This Kia Sportage came into the studio for our Matte Ceramic Protection Package, designed to preserve its unique finish while adding long-lasting protection without changing its original appearance.
Unlike traditional glossy paint, matte and satin finishes require a completely different approach. You can’t simply polish away scratches, swirl marks, or imperfections without potentially changing the texture and sheen of the finish.
That’s why proper preparation and protection are so important. Before applying the coating, we thoroughly washed and decontaminated the exterior using methods appropriate for matte paint. Once the surfaces were properly prepared, we applied a GYEON matte-specific ceramic coating to provide durable protection while maintaining the factory appearance.
Services performed 👇

Why ceramic coat matte paint?
A matte-specific ceramic coating adds a hydrophobic protective layer that helps reduce contamination buildup, improves water repellency, and makes routine cleaning easier—all without introducing unwanted gloss.
And because matte finishes cannot be corrected in the same way as traditional glossy paint, preserving the original finish from the beginning is especially important.
The result? That distinctive factory matte appearance, now protected and easier to maintain for the miles ahead. 🔥
Different finish. Different approach. Same commitment to proper protection.
