Big motorhome haul today!
Easy peasy for Pax Experts Towing & Recovery, Inc.
Luckily it could still drive a little, so we backed onto the trailer, chained up and off we went.

Plucked from the mountain top, a beautiful, dazzling black FreightShaker that has decided its life needed a new direction.
Like going backwards at 75 mph.

Its always an entertaining sight watching 4runners square up behind it, playing chicken in their heads like the truck will hit them.

It was a long haul to Casper, rearranging the Casper traffic cones to suit a semi and honking the air horn to direct traffic in your favor.
Some drivers need to remember how a YEILD and STOP signs work. Lessons learned by many today; maybe it was just a Monday on a Tuesday.

Heavy Wrecker vs Water Truck.

It's a lot easier to understand directions when the customer states, "Go about 7-miles down 9-mile road and then turn at the chopper".
Better than, "Turn at the sagebrush".

Customer needed Experts Towing Pax's heavy wrecker named "Blizzard". Pax's newer white and green wrecker.

Its hard to miss this road marker! Pax was called out to winch out a watertruck stuck in the mud.

Stuck really good too!

The driver stopped ontop, looked down at the water area and decided to take a walk to check out if it would hold his truck.

It held him.
Didn't hold the truck.
Sank like a rock.

Pax was able to pull out the truck with one cable and help from the driver. It went very smoothly and he was free.

Some drivers have been on the road WAY too long.

Experts Towing was called for a blown semi motor on the top of the mountain. Late afternoon was the soonest he could get to him.

When Pax arrived, he went to the semi driver door and it suddenly popped open.
"HOW YOU DOIN'?" shouted the driver, who craned his neck out of the open door.
Then he leaned back in and slammed the door shut.

Odd duck.
Seriously a quack.

Door popped open again, driver stretched his head out yelling, "ITS A WATER LEAK!"
Then he slammed the door shut, again.

Definitely not a water leak, oil was splashed everywhere under the truck. Duck blew up his motor.

"IT SOUNDED LIKE BEATING DRUM SET! (then he made the drumming sound complete with flying spit).
Duck slammed the door shut again.

Then came the ramblings of a man who would resemble being on drugs. Duck quickly climbed out if the cab, and started talking gibberish while waving his arms over his head like a monkey.

Pax just started hooking up his wrecker, occasionally nodding to Ducks yelling and rambling nonsense.

Duck was screaming at his shoes, the sky, passing cars about random crap. The voices in Ducks head were exceptionally strong. Duck started an argument with one of the voices in his head, then they seemed to agree with a choice.

Odd duck.
Seriously a quack.

Pax was as professional as he could be, being more aware of his own safety as well. Drivers like Duck are not uncommon in his line of work.
Duck never posed a threat or yelled at Pax, but its best to hook up and get this guy down the mountain.

Now Pax is driving with Duck in the passenger seat.
Pax can only go 20mph down the mountain with this load. Very heavy, very pushy load.
Duck is still talking to his shoes and door handle and ceiling.
That was a long drive to the truckstop.

Experts Towing and Recovery love their customers and we appreciate them all. Glad we could get Duck down to the saftey of town.

Radiator sprung a leak on today's adventure with Experts Towing & Recovery.
Decided to take pictures of the "Lego Hands" in all their glory doing what they love; cupping tightly on the truck axle.
Pax wheels around on his creeper and can run the lift system from the wrecker with a remote control.
Driveline taken off then we secure the rest, run lights and air.... then off we go!
Not all calls are lightning strikes and wayward UHaul washout-junkies. Although those are the best!

GPS and Google Maps are not always correct.
Fella from Las Vegas took the "fastest route" according to Google Maps and ended up in BFE.
Sheriff's were involved to help locate Mr. Vegas and his UHaul for communication was very unclear on his wayward journey with Google Maps.
A legitimate quote from dispatch was "He was afraid the indians were going to get him and hurry up with the help!!"
You cant make this stuff up!

Pax with Experts Towing & Recovery ran the back 2-tracks with the Sheriff's and found Vegas.
