What’s in the works at Final Touch?

We’ve got a solid lineup in the shop right now.

First up is this 1995 Mustang that belongs to a very loyal client. He’s kept this car in pristine condition, so we just wrapped up our Signature Ceramic Coating to help preserve that finish and protect it for many more years to come.

Next is this Maserati GranTurismo. We just finished removing the old wrap, and now it’s moving into paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF to bring the paint back to life and protect it the right way.

We also have a brand-new Subaru Outback getting full body paint protection film. Zero compromises on protection for this one.

And last but definitely not least, this Porsche 911 GTS is in for ceramic coating and PPF — the perfect combo for gloss, protection, and long-term ease of maintenance.

A little bit of everything in the shop right now, and every one of these vehicles is getting dialed in with a purpose.

Why are we removing the vinyl wrap on this Maserati GranTurismo?

The wrap has been on for a while, and over time it started to lose that deep gloss the car deserves. The owner wanted to bring the original black metallic paint back to life — and after removing the wrap from the trunk, we already got a preview of what’s underneath.

We’re also removing the partial front-end PPF because the visible line across the hood takes away from the clean, seamless look.

Once everything is removed, this GranTurismo is getting:

Two-step paint correction
Full front paint protection film with wrapped edges
Ceramic coating for gloss, protection, and easier maintenance

When it’s finished, this is going to look like a completely different car.

Every step of the process has its own challenge.

Dirty black wheels hide grime and buildup, so they take extra attention to get truly clean.

PPF and ceramic coating prep comes down to removing contaminants from the paint so the film and coating can bond properly.

Ceramic coating requires a careful eye for high spots, using the right lighting to catch anything before it cures.

And paint correction is all about balance — removing scratches while preserving as much clear coat as possible so the finish lasts for years.

That’s the difference between simply making a car look clean and properly preparing, correcting, and protecting it.
