Start the new year with a beautiful supportive women's circle centered around self-love and sexual health.

Our goal with these circles is to encourage women to show up exactly as they are, whether they have experience going to womenā€™s circles or not. These circles are a chance for women to see and support one another.

This event is designed for women who need a space to share, ask questions and be supported in their sexual wellness journey. Unfortunately, the topic of female ma********on is often times seen as taboo in our society. As a result, when we think of self pleasure we can often have feelings of shame or guilt. The reality is that sexual wellness is a very real thing and ma********on is completely normal.

At this circle we will pose a number of self-reflection questions to help inspire, educate and better understand our own sexual needs and bodies.

Our featured guest is Jen Mimish, Nurse Practitioner has spent 19 years of experience in healthcare field. She created Eros Health to focus on her passion for improving access to sexual healthcare. You can learn more about her services at her website below.

This event is designed to create a space for women to share, ask questions and be supported in their sexual wellness journey.

Tea will be provided! Just bring a mug, journal, something to write with, something comfy to sit on, a crystal of your choosing and your beautiful self! šŸ„°

Another successful market in the books! Woo hoo!

What an amazing turnout! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our local female vendors at our Christmas Market last Sunday. Between the champagne, food, gift basket raffle and holiday spirit, this market was off the charts!

Our three raffle basket winners were John, Maree and April!
