National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame member Skip Arp seals the deal to capture the 3rd Annual Rock'n with The Stars! - Smoky Mountain Speedway and becomes the 13th different winner in 26 Steel Block Bandits Dirt Late Model Challenge events.
