I am buying a hole 2 year old buffalo to be butchered next week. I have meat for sale. Buffalo are only grass feed the meat is lean no hormones . Steaks rib eye and new yorks 2 per pack $11 per pound 4 pound chuck roast $9.00 a pound $36 each. Lean burger no suit $9. per pound. Cut and wrapped. The flavor of buffalo Is very good. I have really been enjoying this meat but in order to keep it I have to buy a buffalo from County Line Meats in Park City.
