🐷💦 A LITTLE FRIENDLY REMINDER FROM THE HOGWASH!

We just wanted to share a quick reminder about what does—and DOES NOT—belong down a drain, based on guidance from our city wastewater & sewer department.

And yes… that applies at the Car Wash, too! 😊

Our drains are designed for water and normal wash runoff. Please help us keep them clear by keeping trash, hay, grass clippings, yard debris, grease, animal remains, and other unwanted materials out of the drains.

A little extra care goes a long way in helping prevent clogs, backups, and unnecessary equipment issues.

When in doubt, don’t drain it! 😊

🫧🚨 THE MUD HAS MET ITS MATCH! 🚨🫧

We’re giving our pits a little mud evacuation today! (10/6) 🪣💪🏼 There’s been quite the collection of Mother Nature’s finest down there, so we’re getting it cleaned out and back in tip-top shape.

Because of the cleanup, you may experience some intermittent unavailability throughout the day as we work around the wash and get everything taken care of. (DOWNTOWN location)

We appreciate your patience while we shovel, scoop, haul, and get a free mud facial. 😂

We’ll be back up and washing as quickly as possible, swapping between bays!🧼🚗💦

🌧️ RAIN + DIRT = MUD! 🐷🧼

With all the rain we’ve had lately, we know some vehicles are coming in with a little more “country” on them than usual. 🚜🤣

Just a friendly but important reminder:

If your vehicle is heavily covered in mud, please rinse the heavy mud off in a hand bay BEFORE entering the automatic wash. 💦

We’re not asking you to make it showroom-ready — just knock off the big chunks of Mother Nature first. 😆

Here’s why it matters:

🟠 Heavy mud can splatter all over the automatic bay.
🟠 Mud and dirt particles can get onto and block the laser sensors.
🟠 Blocked sensors can cause the automatic wash to stop or prevent the wash from continuing.
🟠 And when that happens, it can put the wash out of service for you and everyone behind you. 😬

Nobody wants to be the person who accidentally turns a quick car wash into a “please wait while we clean the mud off the laser” situation. 😂

So if your vehicle looks like it just finished a mud-bogging competition, give it a quick rinse in the hand bay first. 🚙💦

Knock off the mud → hit the automatic → leave shiny! ✨

Don’t worry — we’re not trying to catch you picking your nose OR taking a leak in the bay. 😂 These cameras help us keep an eye out for vandalism, accidents, and wash-bay shenanigans… AND they help us better troubleshoot problems when you call our service number. 👍🏼

Ever pulled up to Hwy 24 automatic in the evening and you can’t see the buttons?!?? ☀️

These work great at night 🌕, but sucks during day-light. Just the type of LED boards that they are. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We have some upgrades in progress to help, but until then, bare with our “classy” notations. 😂
