A customer dropped off a set of forks from a Honda CBR1000RR for new seals, oil, and bushings. While fork seals on older bikes often dry out, harden, and begin leaking over time, this set had a different issue.

The fork bushings had worn through their soft metal coating and started wearing into both the inner and outer fork tubes. Simply replacing the seals and bushings wouldn’t have been enough to properly address the damage.

We ordered a new set of fork tubes from our supplier and installed them while reusing the original internal components, bringing these forks back to life!

Having fork issues? Whether you have bent fork tubes, worn components, or persistent oil leaks, we can help source the parts you need. Our supplier carries fork components for a wide range of makes and models.

2005 Honda CBR600RR Fork Service!

This CBR600RR came to us with badly leaking forks and dry-rotted seals. We got the customer set up with fresh fork seals, new bushings, and fresh fork oil to get everything back in shape. We also cleaned up the forks for a clean, refreshed finish!

Why is fork maintenance so important?

Your fork oil and seals play a huge role in your bike’s handling, stability, and braking performance. Over time, fork oil breaks down, seals deteriorate, and bushings wear out. Neglecting these components can lead to oil leaks, reduced suspension performance, increased wear, and oil contaminating your brake components.

Regular fork service helps keep your suspension performing as it should, improves ride quality, and protects your investment. Don’t wait until your forks are leaking badly to give them the attention they need!

✅ Fresh seals
✅ New bushings
✅ Fresh fork oil
✅ Cleaned up and ready to ride!

Take care of your suspension, and it’ll take care of you!

2026 Indian Scout Sport came in for some slick accessory upgrades!

This beauty got a few finishing touches to take the look and comfort to the next level!

What we installed:
✅ Heated grips for added comfort on those colder rides.
✅ Factory toggle switch for a clean, OEM-style finish.
✅ New levers to complete the all-black look and tie everything together.

Sometimes, it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. These upgrades add practical functionality while keeping the Scout’s aggressive styling clean, dark, and sleek.

This was an awesome machine to work on, and those blacked-out finishing touches really bring the whole bike together!

What do you think of this Scout Sport? Did we nail the all-black look?
