EXAMINEE MUST SUBMIT ALL APPOINTMENT FEES WITHIN 72 HOURS OF SCHEDULING OR APPOINTMENT WILL NO LONGER BE RESERVED. TEST SCHEDULING
To schedule a test, please call the Clermont CDL Test Site at 513-724-7235 (RCDL) for available dates/times for testing. Please be prepared to provide the following information to schedule a test appointment:

TESTING VEHICLE
Vehicle/Trailer must be in safe and good working condition. Vehicle must have front occupant seat belts. ORC 4513.263 Loaded trailers MAY NOT be used for testing. Examinee must be driven to and from the test site by a licensed driver who holds same valid license for class of vehicle for which examinee is being tested.
