Product debuts. First, the bumper for the barn door style Suburban/Yukon. As you owners know, the hinge design on these will not allow the doors to open with a swing arm mounted on top of the bumper in the standard configuration. This bumper is built with the arms recessing into the bumper and using a rotary cam latching system to secure them in a closed position. This design allows full access to the cargo area.

Also, on the driver's side (left) swing arm is our new gas carrier design with the drop down front door. This allows front loading rather top loading of the carrier. Which means that a tool box, cooler rack, tray, or (in this case) a Packout rack can be bolted to the top of the carrier for increased storage space and flexibility. The door, as shown, accepts our license plate remount kit.

Also of note is that we set up the tire carrier to also use a Titan tank. The tire mount can be used with the tire, the tank, or both as you need.

The swing arm hinges are set up in a double shear configuration and utilize two tapered roller bearings for an easy swing open even when fully loaded.

And someone please complain that we should have cleaned up first . . . these are work in progress photos, not glamour shots. We will follow up with nice staged photos at a later date.
