This truck had a slow coolant leak. Took a min to find bc it was behind the cooling fan shroud. New radiator and they are good to go. Brakes, tune ups, alternators, starters, radiators and more.

Battery connections are crucial for your vehicle to crank and operate correctly. This connection is covered in corrosion. We clean these connections and spray them with an acid neutralizer. In some cases where the corrosion has gotten particularly heavy the connections might need to be replaced.

Toyota 86 also the same thing as a Subaru BRZ. Changing the spark plugs on these engines is a challenge, but we do them, along with brakes, starters, alternators, radiators, and much more.

2018 Jeep grand Cherokee with the 3.6 L motor. The customer was seeing a few oil spots on the ground in their garage. Upon inspection, I discovered that it wasn’t the engine that was leaking oil. It was actually one of the motor mounts. Apparently on this vehicle, they put some oil inside of the motor mount. I’m not sure why solid rubber mounts would not suffice. You learn something new every day in this business.

This is a common problem that I see on GM full size trucks and SUVs. Plastic heater hose “quick” connections. Overtime, the plastic gets brittle and cracks eventually causing it to break off entirely.  If your vehicle is over 10 years old, then these probably need to be replaced.

If your battery is close to the end of its life, then usually the cold weather will finish it off for you. A big problem I run into is people putting these felt things between their battery and the connections. I couldn’t even tell you what purpose they serve. But one thing that they definitely do is keep you from getting a good connection because you can’t push the terminal onto the post far enough to make it tighten. Don’t let them talk you into these. You don’t need them.

Happy Halloween everybody, it can be a scary feeling when you go to hit your brakes and you hear grinding. Rear brake pads on a 2020 Escalade. Check out the thickness of the pad coming off in comparison to the new pad. We got these just in time. Schedule an appointment before it’s too late.!!! 👻
