Customer Complaint: Customer states there is a rattling noise coming from the dashboard.

Inspection/Diagnosis: Verified the customer's concern. Inspected the HVAC system and found the blower motor was failing. Also found leaves and debris lodged inside the blower motor housing, causing additional rattling. Vehicle is not equipped with a cabin air filter, allowing debris to enter the blower assembly.

Recommendation: Replace the blower motor, clean all debris from the blower housing, and verify proper A/C and heater operation after repair.

Thanks you to Erin Family for Trusting us to repair their Volkswagen!! Called us with an oil leak. Turn out that the oil filter housing O-Ring wasn’t installed correctly and we reinstalled it with new filter and oil. After cleaning and reinstalling the filter, NO MORE leaks!
