Rust and corrosion. Many of the carts I am getting in have rusted frames that are not repairable. Please keep your carts clean!

Grease kingpins and spindles
Inspect rear spring bushings( prone to failure)

Electric carts, clean battery terminals, inspect cables and wiring, clean and replace any that are showing signs of wear and corrosion
Inspect suspension , grease front kingpins and spindles, inspect rear spring bushings
Also on all carts air pressure set in tires. The most common tire problems are incorrect air pressure
Lifted carts are great looking but cause early tire wear, extra load on batteries and motors, solinoids, all the electrical.
All switches are lined and checked
I also do lift kits, and lighting kits for turn signals, head and tail lights and also brake light where applicable If cart is more than 10 years old , parts get harder to find.
