Picture of aluminum upper nose gear leg assembly taking shape.
Machining of upper tube is nearly complete. Lower telescoping chromoly tube is machined and nitrided and awaiting machined aluminum lower axle carrier and upper keyed internal
polymer guide piston/ steering plunger.
So we lack just a couple internal/external components to allow assembly of gear leg.

Powerpack progress!

This is the pump test setup. In a brief test we saw 450 psi pressure generated and a flow rate of about 1ounce per second. The fluid displacement of the three cylinders is just under 9 fluid ounces. So we are looking at around 9-10 second transit time. I can speed that up running pump on 24 volts. NOTE: It is actually 7.75 oz cylinder displacement as I overlooked taking out the volume taken up by the piston shafts in the fluid side of cylinder.
