While I had everything apart, I went ahead and rebuilt and cleaned the entire under-dash HVAC box and freshened up the firewall. Doing it right the first time makes all the difference — better airflow, better heat, and no more coolant smell in the cab.

If your classic or daily driver has weak heat, foggy windows, or a sweet coolant smell, it might be time for a new heater core and a good under-dash cleanup.

I’m just gonna call it…
Sometimes it’s easier to start over.

A customer asked me to find out why their lights and gauges weren’t working.
Well… I’m not sure if the giant melted ball of wire at the fuse box has anything to do with it or not. 😅🔥
