ATS Motorsports The ATS Diesel Motorsports division is about pushing the limits!

From parts testing, engineering, custom tuning, custom fabrication to overall pushing a boundary for the diesel industry. Born from ATS diesel performance we push past the average trucks capabilities as far as we can, its a never ending challenge but the diesel industry will never stop moving forward and we plan to be a part of that future.

First outing went better than expected!!

😁Up I 70 from denver to the Eisenhower tunnel for the first long, all up hill test after all the cooler work for oil and trans temps and it passed everything we hoped for!
All temps are now factory matching, or better, of the Ram TRX this engine/trans combo came from!!
In a jeep ( non areo dynamic in every way possible 😂) ) at 80mph on 40s…..
at that point the decision was made to do the trail test.
250 miles round trip and 5hrs on the trail in something most would trailer to a trail was a hell of a win 🤘We are stoked about this project!

This ol girl has been through it all!
She’s been the test bed for the 13-18 ATS Diesel Performance CVNT oil actuated turbo to replace the factory holset turbo…Soon to be released!

A couple ATS gateway software updates and
this awesome project is ready.

Years in the making, but sooo worth it.
Live tuning of this turbo is like nothing else🤘

Thousands of miles and many changes to make this turbo match factory and perform better in all scenarios! Trust that she goes through it all!

ATS 13-18 3.6L 8hp swap going through the grind of testing in every way…. part 1

This is a manual swap to 8hp. Customer did an awesome job with this one!
Shoutout to ETA (Everything Truck and Auto) out of Castle Rock Co on the build and Install!

Took it up and down i70 a couple times for a trans cooling issue customer had on the trail. Needless to say it was resolved.

An hour drive from the shop up 70 which is all up hill then 3 hrs of trail to prove the fix….twice,with an ATS 8hp jeep specific cooling package 🤘.

This specific jeep went through all of it. And the customer put it through even more… we let them do the rock crawling and bashing 😂

First thing that stands out with the 8 speeds is not screaming up 70 to maintain speed or lugging and slowing down only to shift again for speed!

Awesome day of data. Tomorrow the challenge 😁

With r&d we have to put them through everything! We’re lucky we have the high altitude close by to do runs. Works amazing for the diesels we test to find weaknesses…so why not do the same with this bad girl to test the new cooler/fan combo….and well the whole thing.
High 90s temp in Denver up to 10k elevation she rocked it, oil and trans temp under control.

Time for the ultimate test….Denver to Eisenhower tunnel and up over the pass tomorrow 🤘…
