We're excited to shine this Employee Spotlight on our Process Improvement Manager, who helps streamline systems and drive positive change across U.S. Lubricants.

Based out of our Waukesha facility, Maikel's work reaches across the entire division, helping teams work smarter, improve processes, and create efficiencies that support our customers and employees every day.

When he's not focused on making things better at work, you might find him drawing on skills from his past life as a chef or enjoying a concert or festival with his wife of 25 years. 🎵👨‍🍳

Giving back never goes out of style. 💛

Our team spent the day at our Pack Logix site putting together donation packs for Ronald McDonald House—filled with Crayola products and cuddly stuffed animals to bring a little comfort and joy to families who need it most.

Moments like these remind us what matters. Behind every pack was a team member who gave their time, energy, and heart to make a difference for kids and families walking a tough road.

Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and showed what it means to put community first. We couldn't be prouder of this crew! 🧸🖍️

Sorry, Dr. Seuss—we couldn't help ourselves.

Did you know grease color is a clue, not a universal identifier? While one supplier's red grease might be engineered for high temperatures, another brand's red grease could serve a completely different purpose. The dye simply helps you distinguish products within a specific manufacturer's lineup, rather than defining its overall performance.

So don't judge grease by its color. Judge it by its specs.
