Even though we have melded with the SW club and changed our name to Northern Star Mustang Club we are still having the same great show at Apple Valley Ford on Sunday, June 6th from 9-1 PM. Bring your car or just come and see all the beautiful Ford Cars. Have you heard the news? The Southwest Metro Mustang Club and Upper Midwest Region Shelby American Automobile Club have merged to create one car club - the Northern Star Mustang Club!

The two clubs shared many common interests, philosophies, and even some members. Not to mention the enthusiasm for all things Mustang, Shelby, Mercury, Lincoln and Ford. Some things will not change like club membership only requires an interest in the automotive enthusiast hobby as all are welcome to join us. Why merge the two clubs? Given the common ground between the clubs it was decided more could be accomplished together than as separate clubs. The foundation of the NSMC is built from the SWMMC and UMRSAAC dedication to car enthusiast support, charitable and community involvement, camaraderie, and fun. To that end the upcoming 2021 calendar contains four car shows, seven organized cruises (two overnight trips), bi-monthly breakfast cruise-ins, and a handful of associated events. The summer is expected to be busy. More details can be found on the NSMC web site.
