Important Dates & Office Closure Information!

Wednesday, November 6 License offices are OPEN but only available for motor vehicle transactions. Driver license services will be unavailable. Thursday, November 7 Driver license services will be unavailable in all offices. Friday November 8 through Monday, November 11 ALL license offices statewide will be CLOSED for system conversion.

Big changes coming for the license offices in Missouri. Starting on November 6th, there will be limited transactions available for a much needed transition to new software.

November 6th and 7th, our offices will be open ONLY for motor vehicle transactions (titling, registration, handicap placards, special fuel decals). The drivers license transactions will NOT be able to be processed.

Then all state license offices will be closed from November 8th through November 11th for the completion of the transition. We will re-open normal business hours on November 12th with a brand new software program on the drivers license side.

Although this is going to be an inconvenience, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we upgrade the outdated software in order to be able to better serve you!
