It’s come to our attention that RUN VSE has listed us as a “known scammer”. Which of course my previous employer has shared in continuous hopes of ruining my reputation (again).
To maintain transparency, here is the other side of the story. Tom (President of VSE) talked us into becoming a dealer for there services & products in late January of this year. Since February we have spent somewhere around $11,000 with them, and only recently did we have any issues.
A 2024 Ford Powerstroke belonging to campbell was brought to us for some work, and we purchased the parts from VSE. We were sent incorrect parts and an invalid tune for the truck. I worked with Josh at VSE for the next week to resolve the tune issue, to no avail. They tried blaming the S&S DCR conversion, they tried blaming the work of the mechanic, anything to shift blame from their tune After attempting multiple times to reach out to Tom directly, and also submitting tech tickets and emails pertaining to the incorrect exhaust, the customer had now been out of a truck for 3 weeks.
We were able to find someone else to tune the truck correctly, and it now runs like a scalded dog. No fault of ours, no fault of S&S Diesel Motorsport.
In an attempt to maintain the customer relationship, we filed a charge dispute to have the customers money refunded as we had heard nothing from VSE in regards to resolving the situation. Only this morning were we informed by multiple 3rd parties that they had included us in their post. As far as customer service goes, sub par would be an understatement.
