On BMW and Mini F-Series and G-Series vehicles equipped with Bosch MG1 and MEVD17X ECUs, the maximum speed is managed through multiple parameters and control strategies within the original calibration.

With ECM Titanium and the dedicated Driver, you can simplify the procedure and set the desired maximum speed by working on only two 1x1 maps: one to select the speed limitation logic used by the ECU and one to define the new maximum value.

BMW ZF8HP

號稱變速箱之王的 BMW ZF 8HP，原廠之所以在電腦裡內建 50-100 次的彈射保護機制，是因為每次彈射，對非 M 規格的離合器片與傳動軸都是毀滅性的打擊。盲目加大馬力、又解除彈射限制，只會加速內部的 A/E 離合器片打滑、燒焦，最後落得變速箱大修的下場。

BMW 改了 Stage 1 / Stage 2 之後，依然建議需要編寫變速箱程.

1. 離合器主油壓優化設定
比如在高速公路全力踩下油門時，確保離合器片瞬間吻合鎖牢，徹底解決大扭力帶來的隱性打滑，保護摩擦片不燒毀！

2. 縮短換檔時的扭力干預時間。無論是進彎退檔、出彎補油，換檔速度確實快速，動力綿密不中斷！

3. 自定義換檔時機點（D檔/S檔邏輯）：
