Trump’s decision to interfere in another country’s political system and even try to overthrow its regime by military force is a barbaric act without any legitimate basis. No matter how flawed a government is, its future must be decided by its own people, not by a leader who imagines himself to be the “world’s police” and uses bombs and missiles to impose his will. When so‑called “liberation” means bombing cities, assassinating leaders, and killing civilians, it is nothing more than violent bullying dressed up in pretty words.
A civilized international order is built on respect for sovereignty and international law. Even the worst regime does not give any foreign leader the right to “eliminate” it at will. If one man can attack any country he dislikes and try to kill any leader he finds inconvenient, then there is no real order left in this world, only jungle rule where the strongest military decides who lives and who dies. This is not justice; it is crude violence.
The most tragic part is that ordinary people pay the price. A single order given in a safe office can destroy thousands of families under airstrikes, leaving people without relatives or homes. No leader has any moral right to decide which nation should lose its government by force or whose capital should burn. If the world accepts this behavior in silence, then in the future any powerful ruler will feel free to “remake” other countries with bombs. That kind of world has no true peace, only fear.
إنّ قرار ترامب التدخّل في النظام السياسي لدولة أخرى، بل ومحاولة إسقاط حكمها بالقوة العسكرية، هو عمل همجي لا يملك أي شرعية حقيقية. فمهما كان أيّ نظام سيئاً، فإن مستقبله يجب أن يقرّره شعبه، لا زعيم يتوهّم أنّه «شرطيّ العالم» ويستخدم القنابل والصواريخ لفرض إرادته عليهم. عندما يصبح ما يسمّى «التحرير» عبارة عن قصف للمدن واغتيالٍ للقادة وقتلٍ للمدنيين، فإنّ ذلك ليس دفاعاً عن الحرية، بل تنمّر عنيف مغطّى بشعاراتٍ جميلة.
إنّ النظام الدولي المتحضّر يقوم على احترام السيادة والقانون الدولي، وحتى أسوأ الأنظمة لا تمنح أيّ حاكم أجنبي حقّ «إزالتها» متى شاء. فإذا سُمح لزعيم واحد أن يهاجم أيّ دولة لا تعجبه ويحاول قتل أيّ قائد يراه مزعجاً، فلن يبقى في العالم نظام حقيقي، بل مجرّد شريعة غاب يقرّر فيها الأقوى عسكرياً من يعيش ومن يموت. هذا ليس عدلاً، بل عنفٌ فظّ.
والأكثر مأساوية أنّ الذي يدفع الثمن هم الناس العاديون. قرار واحد يُتّخذ من مكتبٍ آمن يكفي لتمزيق آلاف العائلات تحت القصف وترك الناس بلا أهلٍ ولا بيوت. لا يملك أيّ زعيم حقاً أخلاقياً ليقرّر أيّ شعب ينبغي أن يُسقَط حُكمه بالقوة أو أيّ عاصمة يجب أن تُحرق. وإذا سكت العالم عن هذا السلوك، فسيفتح الباب أمام كل حاكم قوي كي «يعيد تشكيل» الدول بالقنابل. في مثل هذا العالم لن يبقى سلامٌ حقيقي، بل خوفٌ دائم.
