Ever wonder how we actually find the problem before swapping parts? 👀

This Nissan came in throwing a P0325 (knock sensor circuit) code. Rather than guess, we pulled the sensor and bench tested it with our oscilloscope. This is why testing components is a must, this client repaired his own vehicle by swapping the knock sensor and the jack because it was brittle. Now, there is a P0325 DTC that keeps returning. Another used knock sensor was installed but the vehicle ran poorly still.

What the scope showed us:
- Channel 1 peaks reading 1.604V
- Channel 2 peaks at 1.652V
- A clean 12.5 Hz frequency response
- Consistent spikes when tapped

This kind of testing is the difference between a real fix and a costly hope-and-pray. We believe in showing you exactly what's happening with your vehicle so you understand where your money going. 💡
