This week's tip: Transmission Maintainance

Checking your transmission fluid regularly is higly recommended. Failure to do so will potentially set you up for not only a costly expense but also affect the life of your vehicle. If you are experiencing any problems with your transmission such as leaks, noises, problems with shifting. Don't wait until the problem becomes worse and your vehicle finally shuts down somewhere on the highway.

A simple way to check your transmission fluid is to check the fluid level with the vehicle fully warmed up running, with the transmission in park or neutral. If it is low, then there is a leak that needs to be fixed immediately. Take note that not all transmissions are the same.
