วันเสาร์นี้คือวันของคุณ! ใช่ครับ True Customer Day ประจำปีของเรากลับมาแล้ว!
ปีนี้ พนักงานทรูมากกว่า 2,000 คนทั่วประเทศจะออกไปพบกับลูกค้า พร้อมมอบของขวัญและสิทธิพิเศษ แทนคำขอบคุณสำหรับความไว้วางใจและการสนับสนุนที่มีให้เราในทุก ๆ วัน 🎁 แต่สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดที่เราจะนำกลับมาด้วย คือ สิ่งที่เราได้รับฟังจากลูกค้าทุกคนที่เราได้พบครับ
เพราะเราเชื่ออย่างมากว่า วิธีที่ดีที่สุดในการให้บริการลูกค้าให้ดียิ่งขึ้นนั้นเรียบง่ายมาก คือ ออกจากออฟฟิศ ไปพบลูกค้า เปิดตาและเปิดใจรับฟัง แล้วนำ feedback ที่เราได้ยินจากลูกค้า ไปพัฒนาเป็นสินค้าและบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และนี่คือหัวใจของกลยุทธ์ก้าวใหญ่เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า (Big Move on Experience) ที่ทรูครับ

This year, more than 2,000 True employees nationwide will be out to meet you, and we’re bringing along some rewards to thank our True and dtac customers for the trust and support you give us every day. 🎁 But the most important thing we’ll bring back with us is what we hear from the customers we meet.
We strongly believe that the best way to serve our customers better is simple: get out of the building, meet our customers, and keep our eyes and ears open - then turn the valuable feedback we hear firsthand into better products and services. That’s what our Big Move on Experience is all about.
