Main responsibilities:

• Call potential buyers and follow up with leads
• Respond to customers on WhatsApp and Facebook
• Identify serious buyers and understand their vehicle needs
• Post available vehicles on our social media pages
• Create simple and engaging content about vehicles
• Take clear photos and short videos of vehicles
• Appear in Juba Car Tech Reels to share vehicle information, reviews and useful car tips
• Update the customer and vehicle leads tracker
• Arrange vehicle viewings between buyers and sellers
• Provide regular updates on leads and completed sales

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
