Sinter's main products are brake pads for motorcycles and karting applications, industrial friction components, special friction products and composite brake rotors. We also produce clutches, car brake pads, truck brake pads, off road applications, industrial products for presses and other friction related products
About 90% of our production is made for other customers, mostly for OE (first produ

ction and original spare parts). New state of the art production plant covering 2500 square meter was opened in 2011. Our current yearly capacity is more than 2 million brake pads. We are also involved in transferr of know how and planing-production of turn key factories and friction related machines build to order.

The difference between stock pads and Sinter? Control
Stock brake pads are built to a price point. Sinter pads are engineered for friction performance.

Upgrading to Sinter organic brake pads gives you:
- Higher friction coefficient (less lever effort needed)
- Silent stopping power using premium Kevlar, ceramic & carbon fibres
- Gentler wear on your rotors with zero loss in power

Beat the Heat. Eliminate Fade 🔥

Ever felt your brake lever pull all the way to the bar halfway down a long alpine descent? That’s heat fade working against you.

When your brake system overheats, excessive heat transfers into your caliper, boiling your brake fluid and ruining your lever feel.

When Enduro magazine put market-leading brakes to the test on our dynamometer, swapping to Sinter Green (S2032) pads dropped overall disc temperatures by 6% across the board compared to OEM setups.

What you see here is a glimpse into our production proces, where our organic brake pad compounds are mixed, formed, and refined to achieve the perfect balance of friction, durability and feel. At Sinter, we focus exclusively on organic brake pads. Even though both metallic and organic pads are made through a bonding process, we often get asked if we make sintered (metallic) pads, we don’t. Our name can be confusing, but our philosophy is simple: we believe in the performance and benefits of organic compounds. Each formula is a careful blend of fibres such as Kevlar, ceramics, clay minerals and carbon, held together with advanced resins. It’s a process that requires precision, small changes in materials or ratios can transform braking characteristics completely. Organic pads conduct less heat into the caliper, providing stable braking, better modulation, and consistent lever feel even under demanding conditions.
