At N2 Automobile Private Limited...
I only provide my customers with the best services that I can offer. I want my customers to feel welcome and relaxed because, I as a consumer ( at some point of time) knows that when it comes to buying a used car...things can become a little stressful and confusing, especially with so many car models and makes in the market.
My main objective is : "to sell what my customers want to buy…and not what I'd like to sell....".
This to some, might sound like a bold promise, but i am looking for nothing more than the best for my customers.....
Regardless of preferences, budget, needs or concerns.... there will be times when customers might be slapped in the face with a difficult situation or a hard decision... in any case, I do not want to buy my customers lunch and tell them what they wanna hear but nonconstructive to them.
Instead, I'd love to seat them in the office for a discussion and to offer my advises or rope in a co worker for a 2nd opinion. I also make it a point to do the best to my ability to solve customer problems.
Now, at N2 Automobile Pte Ltd, looking for a used car to buy, might just not be as Stressful and Confusing after-all..!!!
