Official Statement from CarVault
We are aware of recent reports and allegations involving CarVault that have been published in the media. We want to categorically state that CarVault has no involvement in the incident in question, and any insinuation to the contrary is both misleading and unfounded.
At CarVault, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We are strongly against any behaviour or activities that compromise these values. To reassure our stakeholders, we have taken immediate action by suspending the staff member associated with this matter pending a thorough internal investigation.
We want to clarify that CarVault’s management and other staff members were completely unaware of this case. The implicated staff member misused our premises for the signing of the said sales agreement involving Kar Tiam, without the knowledge or consent of the company.
Furthermore, CarVault’s management will fully cooperate with any official government agency investigating this case to ensure that the truth is uncovered and justice is served.
To our valued suppliers, vendors, and customers: your trust and confidence are of utmost importance to us. We remain committed to transparency and accountability, and we will continue to take all necessary steps to protect the reputation and integrity of our company.
Additionally, we will be seeking legal advice from our legal team to evaluate further steps to safeguard CarVault's interests and ensure accountability.
