Benefits of buying a CARBONICS carbon fiber bonnet.

1)Fully Vacuumed produced to be air bubbles free, air bubbles will caused your bonnet to have an outbreak of mini bumps across the bonnet under exposure to sunlight. The air trapped in the fiber cloth and resin expands under heat and cause the carbon fiber cloth to bloats and cracks. This is the most common problems of locally sold cheap bonnets from you know where. Most free lancers are selling these worst grades of hand laid carbon bonnets who are full of air bubbles across the bonnet.

2)Our bonnets are coated with UV protected gel coat, also known as crystal resin and not lacquer like other cheaper bonnets. Lacquer sprayed bonnets looks artificially glossy when new. But under our hot sun, the lacquer soon fades and fall off the carbon bonnet. Look around and you will see bonnets which are half glossy and half faded. Lacquer surface peeling of is a common occurrence and will takes place as soon as 6 months after exposure to sunlight. For gel coated bonnets, after 1-2 years of usage, if the surface turns dull , just bring it to any good polishing shops and ask them to polish the bonnet with good compound polish. Your bonnet will looks brand new in no time. For severely damaged resin coated bonnets, please contact us for help.

3)All the bonnets we sell have been test fitted, then produced in batches. So they fits reasonably well. Some even as good as the OEM metal bonnet. Buy from us with confidence and assurances. Ordering a bonnet from a free lancer who orders from the cheapest sources online, will most probably ends with disaster. We can guarantee you that most of those backyard factories do not test fit the bonnets they produced. Some of the factory owners we met does not even knows what cars are the bonnets for, let alone test the fitment.
