He will say that his mobile banking UOB app is
down and send a screenshot to you.
Please ignore this or you paynow transfer to the scammer's bank account.

Always double check the name and paynow number before doing transfers.

A police report has been made and investigations are ongoing.

Please refer to the attached for your own information. Screenshots of the conversations with the scammer are provided by our clients.
