A complete high-performance brake upgrade developed for the Range Rover L461. We replaced the factory 380 mm brake setup with our 400 mm 2-piece brake discs, paired with Lamborghini Huracán calipers for increased braking performance and thermal capacity. The system was engineered around the vehicle’s original geometry, with a focus on precise fitment, structural integrity and consistent performance under demanding conditions.

This is our custom BRAKEHouse Big Brake Kit, featuring Brembo 8-piston calipers and massive 365 millimeter BRAKEHoude two pieces brake discs.

We developed our own custom two-piece discs because there simply weren’t any suitable bolt-on options in these dimensions for the MK4 and S3 8L platform.

The kit also comes with custom BRAKEHouse mounting bells and application-specific brackets, making the whole setup completely plug-and-play.

Everything was developed specifically for the Golf MK4 R32 and Audi S3 8L.

Designed for the Fiat Bravo Gen. 2 (2007–2014), this brake conversion features Brembo Alfa Romeo 4-piston calipers (77364510), paired with 330 mm Alfa Romeo 159 brake discs (51760622) and custom BRAKEHouse adapters designed specifically for this application.

In short, we’re swapping the Alfa Romeo 159 2.4 JTD / 3.2 braking system onto the Fiat Bravo Gen. 2 for a serious upgrade in braking performance.

We engineered this setup to achieve braking performance comparable to the Audi RS4 B9, while avoiding the need for OEM Audi RS4 brake rotors.
