بیانیهٔ رسمی حزب ارادهٔ ملت افغانستان
در پیوند به حملات اخیر پاکستان بر خاک افغانستان و اخراج اجباری مهاجران افغان

با اندوه و خشم عمیق، حملات اخیر نیروهای نظامی پاکستان بر بخشهایی از خاک مقدس افغانستان را که منجر به شهادت و جراحت شمار زیادی از هموطنان بیگناه ما گردیده است، به شدیدترین وجه محکوم مینمایم. این اقدام تجاوزکارانه نهتنها نقض آشکار اصول همزیستی مسالمتآمیز و تمامیت ارضی افغانستان است، بلکه نشانگر تداوم سیاست مداخلهگرانه و غیرمسئولانهای است که دولت پاکستان در طول دههها علیه ملت مظلوم افغانستان دنبال کرده است.
متأسفانه تاریخ گواه است که «مار همواره از آستین خود ما بیرون آمده است»؛ گروههایی که امروز امنیت و ثبات افغانستان را تهدید میکنند، ریشه در حمایتهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم نهادهای امنیتی پاکستان دارند. اکنون که آتش ناامنی و افراطگرایی دامن خود پاکستان را گرفته، هیچ توجیهی برای فرافکنی این بحران به داخل خاک افغانستان وجود ندارد.
حزب ارادهٔ ملت افغانستان با صراحت اعلام میدارد که هیچ کشوری حق ندارد از خاک ما بهعنوان میدان رقابت سیاسی و نظامی استفاده کند. ما از سازمان ملل متحد، شورای امنیت، سازمان همکاری اسلامی و تمام نهادهای بینالمللی میخواهیم که هرچه عاجلتر این تجاوز آشکار را محکوم کرده و برای توقف کامل حملات پاکستان اقدامات عملی و قاطع رویدست گیرند.
در کنار این، با تأسف باید افزود که روند اخراج و دیپورت اجباری مهاجران افغان از خاک پاکستان در هفتههای اخیر بهگونهٔ نگرانکنندهای شدت یافته است. هزاران خانوادهٔ افغان بدون هیچگونه زمینهسازی انسانی، با رفتارهای تحقیرآمیز و خلاف معیارهای بینالمللی حقوق بشر، از خانه و کاشانهٔ خود رانده شدهاند. این عمل غیرانسانی نهتنها خلاف روحیهٔ اسلامی و همسایگی است، بلکه تخطی آشکار از کنوانسیونهای بینالمللی در زمینهٔ پناهندگان و مهاجران میباشد.
ما از جامعهٔ جهانی میخواهیم که در برابر این بیعدالتی آشکار سکوت نکند و با فشارهای دیپلماتیک و سیاسی، حکومت پاکستان را وادار به توقف فوری این روند ظالمانه نماید.
ملت افغانستان مردمی صلحدوست، شجاع و باعزتاند. ما خواهان صلح و همکاری منطقهای هستیم، اما در برابر تجاوز، تحقیر و مداخله، هرگز خاموش نخواهیم ماند.

Official Statement of the Afghanistan people’s will party
Concerning Pakistan’s Recent Attacks on Afghan Soil and the Forced Deportation of Afghan Refugees

With deep sorrow and outrage, I strongly condemn the recent military attacks carried out by Pakistani forces against the sacred soil of Afghanistan — attacks that have resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a large number of our innocent compatriots.
This aggressive act is a blatant violation of Afghanistan’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the principles of peaceful coexistence among neighboring nations. It once again reveals the continuation of Pakistan’s long-standing policy of interference — both direct and indirect — in Afghanistan’s internal affairs through its proxy groups.
As the saying goes, “The snake has always emerged from our own sleeve.” Those very groups that have brought insecurity and suffering to our nation were nurtured and supported by certain institutions within Pakistan. Now that Pakistan itself is engulfed by the very flames of extremism it once ignited, there is no justification whatsoever for shifting the burden of its own internal crisis onto Afghanistan.
The National Will Party of Afghanistan firmly declares that no country has the right to use our homeland as a battleground for its political or military ambitions. We call upon the United Nations, the UN Security Council, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and all international institutions to urgently condemn Pakistan’s acts of aggression and to take practical and decisive steps to ensure their immediate cessation.
Equally alarming is the ongoing forced deportation of Afghan refugees from Pakistan, which has intensified dramatically in recent weeks. Thousands of Afghan families are being expelled under inhumane and degrading conditions, in clear violation of international humanitarian law and refugee conventions. Such actions are not only contrary to Islamic values and good neighborly relations but also represent a grave breach of universally recognized human rights.
We urge the international community not to remain silent in the face of this blatant injustice. Concrete diplomatic and political pressure must be applied to compel the Government of Pakistan to immediately halt these oppressive measures.
The people of Afghanistan are peace-loving, proud, and resilient. We seek friendship and regional cooperation — yet we will never remain silent in the face of aggression, humiliation, or interference.
