🇵🇱 Aktualizacja w sprawie problemu z wybieraniem biegów…
Niestety skrzynia z silnikiem musiała wyjechać z auta. Sprawdziłem co się dało ale nie przyniosło to poprawy więc stwierdziłem, że problem musi być wewnątrz skrzyni. Pierwsza rzecz którą sprawdziłem to metalowe kulki i sprężyny wewnętrznego mechanizmu zmiany biegów. Okazało się, że sprężyny miały zamienioną kolejność. Dla pewności zdjąłem również osłonę na końcu skrzyni i tam zauważyłem, że pierścienie segera na wodzikach nie są na swoich miejscach, a jeden dodatkowo jest pęknięty. Nie wiem czy to się stało podczas prób siłowego wbicia biegów, czy może moje przeoczenie podczas składania skrzyni ale po wymianie pierścieni i dodatkowej drobnej regulacji widełek 5 i wstecznego biegu wygląda, że wszystko jest już ok. Skrzynia spowrotem została zainstalowana w aucie i wszystkie biegi wchodzą. Oczywiście muszę jeszcze delikatnie podregulować konsolę ale chyba problem został rozwiązany. 100% pewności będę miał jak auto odpalę i odpowietrzę układ sprzęgłą.
🇬🇧 An update on the gear shifting problem…
Unfortunately, the gearbox and engine had to be removed from the car. I checked everything I could, but it didn't help, so I concluded the problem must be internal. The first thing I checked were the metal balls and springs of the internal gear shift mechanism. It turned out the springs were installed in the wrong order. To be sure, I also removed the cover at the end of the gearbox and noticed that the snap rings on the sliders were not in place, and one was also cracked. I don't know if this happened while trying to force the gears in or if I made an oversight during gearbox assembly, but after replacing the rings and making some minor adjustments to the 5th and reverse gear fork, everything seems to be fine. The gearbox is back in the car, and all gears engage. Of course, I still need to slightly adjust the console, but I think the problem is solved. I'll be 100% sure once I start the car and bleed the clutch system.
