Ring in New Year 2026 in Dubai without travel stress!
Dubaiβs Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a record-breaking 43 hours of non-stop Dubai Metro service for New Year celebrations.
From 31 December 5:00 AM to 1 January 11:59 PM, both Red Line and Green Line will operate continuously to help residents and tourists move safely across the city during fireworks and events.
Itβs not just the Metro β Dubai Tram will also run extended hours, and over 1,300 buses with 20,000 parking spaces are ready to support New Year traffic.
β οΈ Important Tip:
Due to heavy crowds, Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station may temporarily close after 5 PM. Using nearby stations can save you time and hassle.
This year, Dubai will host 48 fireworks shows across 40 locations, including Burj Khalifa, Global Village, Expo City, and Hatta. Some parts of Sheikh Zayed Road will be closed, making public transport the smartest option.
