Grabe ang hirap maging first-time mom.
CS recovery na, tapos stress sa breastfeeding, laging puyat at pagod, hirap sa pagpapa-burp, tapos dumagdag pa itong mga pantal ko. Hindi ko pa maisuot ang binder ko😫 Sobrang nakaka-anxious, pero laban lang! 💪

Sino ba ang nakakarelate sa ganitong level ng pagod at anxiety ngayon? Kayo rin ba, mommies?

Totoo pala talaga yung laging sinasabi nila na “pag nanganganak, parang nasa hukay ang isang paa.”
Share ko lang yung naging CS operation ko dito sa China 🇨🇳.

40 weeks plus na ako, pero wala pa akong nararamdaman na contractions, tapos nung na IE ako, sabi ni Doc. kailangan ko ma-CS. Kahit lahat ng ultrasound ko, normal delivery.

Morning yung check up ko, tapos 3pm ang schedule ng operation. Ang hirap lang dito kasi hindi ko maintindihan yung salita nila dito.
Nakayanan ko naman yung turok ng anesthesia sa likod ko, pero ramdam ko pa rin yung paghiwa sa tiyan ko. Medyo kita ko rin yung ginagawa nila🙄, tapos may mga sinasabi sila na hindi ko maintindihan, kaya kinabahan ako, feeling ko may problema, ganon. Yung pag-press nila nang malakas sa tiyan ko para lang mailabas si baby, muntik ko ng hindi makayanan yun, ilang beses nilang ginawa yun, halos maubusan na ako ng hininga. Napa-pikit, napa-luha at napa-hiyaw ako sa sobrang sakit. After nun, nasuka ako. Hindi ako tumigil mag-pray hanggang marinig ko iyak ng baby ko. Naginhawaan lang ako nung narinig ko na iyak ni baby kahit ramdam ko yung ginagawa nila sa tiyan ko. Nagtaka lang ako kasi wala man lang nilagay na oxygen sakin 🤔.

Ang hirap ng pinagdaanan ko, super traumatic experience, pero lahat ng sakit, sobrang worth it lahat. 🥹

And just like that, our little miracle baby Chinay 🇵🇭🇨🇳 is here. 💛

Nag-practice pa naman akong umire-ire, tapos ito ang bagsak. 😆
Nag-IE lang sa umaga, tapos hapon na ang operasyon.
Isang oras na biyahe, kaya 'sige na' na lang.

🇵🇭❣️ Part 13 | 13th Prenatal Checkup in 🇨🇳
39+6 Weeks | The best update ever!🥹

Looking back at this checkup from March 22, 2026. I’m still so emotional sharing this perfect update with you all.🥹

✅ The BIGGEST news: The nuchal cord that was around baby’s neck last week is GONE! 🙌 Baby is officially cord-free, head-down (LOT position), and all growth metrics are perfectly on track for a full-term baby.
✅ NST Score: 10/10 PERFECT 💯: Baby’s heart rate, variability, and activity levels are all ideal, confirming they’re healthy, active, and getting all the oxygen and nutrients they need.
✅ Placenta & Amniotic Fluid: Placenta is fully mature (Grade III-) and ready for labor, with a normal amniotic fluid index of 12.2cm.
✅ My stats: Weight steady at 64kg, blood pressure a healthy 108/64 mmHg.

This entire pregnancy journey has been filled with so many emotions, checkups, and little milestones, and this perfect result was a beautiful reminder of how blessed we are. Every pill, every kick, every doctor’s visit led us to this moment, and I’m so grateful for every step of it.

A huge thank you to God for keeping baby and me safe, healthy, and protected every single day. Thank you for answering our prayers and giving us this perfect, healthy baby to welcome into the world. 💛

Nakita sa ultrasound na may 1 loop ng cord sa neck ni baby (nuchal cord).🙁 Doc said it’s common and normal, so no worries🤔 Just keep an eye on baby’s kicks.

39+ WEEKS & IN THE FINAL stretch! 🏁

The Final Countdown is ON! 🤰💨

Checkup breakdown for March 16, 2026:
✅ Weight: 64kg
✅ Blood Pressure: 108/64 mmHg
✅ Baby’s Position: Head-down (ROA) ✨ (Ideal for vaginal delivery!)
✅ Nuchal cord: 1 loop (Normal & manageable! No panic needed 😌)
✅ Health metrics: FHR 134-141 bpm | AFI 10.9cm | Placenta Grade II+ (All healthy!)

Doctor’s orders: Keep tracking baby’s kicks, sleep on the left side, and weekly checkups until delivery.

37 Weeks🤰 | 3rd Trimester
My Pregnancy Journey✨

• NST (Non-Stress Test) for baby
Belly sensors only. Results: Baby is healthy & super active! 💓

• ECG for my heart
Results: Normal heart rate & rhythm; "borderline/low voltage" is common in pregnancy, no serious issue.

• Prescribed iron + folic acid supplements for mild anemia
Dosage: 4 pills per dose, 3 times a day (total 12 pills a day!) 🙄

• Good news: Baby is head-down (ROA), placenta is healthy.
Doctor’s advice: Continue supplements, track baby’s kicks, sleep on left side, weekly check-ups.

Grateful for all good results 🙏

Who else has had that “which arm is it gonna be?” blood test struggle? 😂🙈

We arrived at the hospital early for routine prenatal checkup with blood tests and urine test 🩸

This visit included:
• Blood tests: CBC, ferritin, glucose, liver & kidney function, thyroid function, hepatitis, HIV, syphilis screening
• Urine test: Routine urinalysis to check for protein, glucose, and infection

📊 Lab Results:
All results are within normal ranges for a healthy pregnancy ✅
