CARPOOL ETIQUETTES:
1. Please make sure when you book a carpool please indicate how many;
PASSENGERS (Including kids and their respective ages)
BAGS (Provide images if necessary please include the weight schedule of each items)
PETS (Provide images because not all passengers are pet friendly and some have allergies)
PICK UP/ DROP OFF LOCATIONS
(Not all drivers cannot understand the use of navigation applications, some places have poor signals and some places doesn't appear on waze/maps so please provide a neutral location as much as possible. Sharing your live location would be a great help too)
These things will determine how much your booking's gonna cost and what kind of vehicle we are going to provide.
2. Carpool time is different from your scheduled time, Please bare with your driver when they said you book a carpool not a rent ride. Please respect others time so plesse book ahead and don't rush the driver. If by chance you are in a rush and you are dealing with a specific time frame then I suggest you pay the driver equivalent to your respective fare multiply to the number of empty seats.
3. Distance, Time, Pick up locations and Drop off locations varies depending on drivers location of origin, So when the driver tells you some adjustments please comply as mush as possible because drivers is fixing the routes and other passengers schedules according to rush hour time so everything is going to be smooth ride.
4. Fare rate of each rides varies depending on the level of your need, Please consider the the fuel and toll rates consumptions are rising and small understanding of adjustment on your regular rates is highly appreciated.
5. Respect your carpool driver, if you can't respect his rules and his car then I suggest to take the public transportation.
6. Any updates, suggestions or questions please do so, Don't be shy to ask the driver for any confusions. Tell your driver like what mode of payment, If you can drive by on the nearest bank for cash withdrawals, You have a whole bill, You are going to pay them at the drop off locations, You are Hungry or Bathroom stop over, Everything and anything are welcome.
