Chaser-X is the third Arai helmet that makes use of the new VAS (variable Axis System) technology that offers a significant larger and smoother shell area above the SNELL test line greatly improving the important helmet glancing off performance. The Chaser-X makes use of an also completely new ventilation system derived from the RX-7V, instantly recognizable by the large, single intake duct on top of the helmet. This Top Ventilation System is derived from the RX-7V diffuser system. The replaceable interior is lined with an anti-microbial fabric. The Chaser-X features FCS (Facial Contour System) and a fixed, non-retractable mini chin cover. The chin vent is also new, while the Formula One developed visor lock system is the same as used on the RX-7V. All Chaser-X helmets come with a standard Max Vision visor with a Pinlock inlay lens separately packed in the box.

With a huge 3.3 kg (41%) weight saving over the stock system and impressive power gains of 2.6 kW (3.5 hp) at 10,000 rpm and torque increase of +2.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm when measured on the Akrapovič dyno against a Trident 660 with a standard stock exhaust system, all combined with a flawless throttle response. A deep, full, and vivid sound is achieved through a specially tuned resonator in the link pipe to create a unique sound experience. Plug-and-play installation with no remapping needed for a system that has been developed to be used on racing tracks and closed courses.

Optional black-coated stainless-steel heat shield available. Installation of this product does not fit with the Triumph paddock stand bobbins and does fit with the Triumph belly pan, both of which are original accessories.

Arai presents the new top-of-the-range RX-7V Evo sports full-face helmet.
Handmade in Japan by a family-run company run by three generations of motorcycle enthusiasts, it embodies the ultimate in Arai know-how in terms of protection, ventilation, comfort and fit.
Already the previous one represented the maximum of today's knowledge and technology of Arai. But then, where the new "Evo" has improved further.
First of all in the homologation, now ECE R22-06, (it requires a more stringent test process than the previous ECE R22-05 approval and provides more impact points, as well as an oblique test to measure the rotation of the helmet), the ventilation is even more advanced thanks to the improvements of the internal ducts, the ergonomics of the pillows is improved by a possible impact.
Precisely for this last reason Arai produces outer shells the most rounded, smooth and resistant possible to improve the ability of the helmet to slip and divert energy. This, together with the inner shell with different densities in a single piece, represents a unique feature and the heart of Arai's philosophy.
Then we find all the features that have made the RX-7V a successful helmet, such as the VAS system for closing the visor (Variable Axis System the visor does not pivot on a fixed point, but to move it follows an obligatory path), the locking system derived from the one used in Formula 1, the completely removable interiors made of antibacterial and hypoallergenic material and the double ring closure.
