Public Advisory: Online Plate Inquiry!

You can now check the availability of your license plate through the LTO-NCR official website. 🙂

I. Replacement Plate: https://www.ltoncr.com/rplateinquiry
- This inquiry is for Replacement Plates applied for in 2015, to replace the old green plates with white plates as part of the standardization of all registered vehicles in the country.

II. New MV/MC Plate: https://www.ltoncr.com/newplateinquiry
- This inquiry is for brand new Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle owners to check if their plates have already been released to their dealers.

III. Backlog Motorcycle Plates: https://www.ltoncr.com/plateinquiryusingmvfile
- This inquiry is for motorcycles whose assigned plate numbers are not indicated on their Certificate of Registration (CR) and are considered part of the backlog. The public can search using their MV File Number.

Note: This plate inquiry is only for motor vehicles and motorcycles whose initial registration and replacement plate transactions were processed under the offices of LTO-NCR.

HEADS UP SA MGA MOTORISTA

Narito ang listahan ng mga daan kung saan ipatutupad ang no contact apprehension policy simula Lunes, May 26.

Sa naturang polisiya, huhulihin ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority at mga lokal na pamahalaan ang mga motorista na lalabag sa batas-trapiko gamit ang CCTVs na nasa kahabaan ng mga lansangan sa Kamaynilaan.

Pansamantalang ni-lift ng Supreme Court ang temporary restraining order sa implementasyon ng NCAP nitong nakaraang linggo.

Noong 2022, pinasuspende ito ng mataas na hukuman dahil sa dalawang petisyong inihain para kuwestiyunin ang legalidad nito. Hindi pa napagdedesisyunan ang mga ito.

A total of 1,112 traffic violations were monitored on the first day of the resumption of the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) on Monday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Tuesday.

The MMDA on Monday said that among the common violations caught under NCAP were disregard of traffic signs and the illegal use of the EDSA busway.

🚦 NCAP What to Expect?

Under NCAP, traffic violations such as beating the red light, illegal parking, and overspeeding are monitored through CCTV and digital cameras. Violators will receive notices via mail, detailing the offense and corresponding penalties.
