Renter Responsibilities

1. Look after the vehicle and its keys; use all security devices and secure parking.
2. Protect the vehicle from bad weather; example: avoid beach areas to prevent rust.
3. Use the correct fuel and engine oil and as prescribed.
4. Do not sell, rent, or dispose of the vehicle or any parts.
5. Report any faults within 3 hours and get our permission for repairs.
6. Conduct basic checks every 100 km.
7. Ensure brakes, lights, and tire conditions are good.
8. Comply with national traffic laws and carry a valid driving license.

Prohibited Uses for Vehicle Renters

1. Engaging in any illegal activities with the vehicle.
2. Overloading the vehicle beyond its capacity.
3. Driving the vehicle if deemed unfit to drive.
4. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Using the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or driving instruction.
6. Driving the vehicle off-road or on racetracks.
7. Transporting fare-paying passengers.

Required Documents

1. Please bring two primary IDs, including your driver's license, when picking up the car. One of the primary IDs will be retained by us and returned once you bring the car back for security purposes.

4. Proof of billing / passport to be surrendered

Late Returns

Please return the car on time, accounting for potential traffic delays in the Philippines. Failure to return the vehicle within 6 hours of the scheduled deadline will result in a penalty of PHP 500,000.00, plus the acquisition cost of the vehicle and additional fees.
