Tinolang Manok - Chicken Tinola Recipe
How To Cook Tinolang Manok a Pinoy Food Recipe. Tinolang Manok or Chicken Tinola is a Classic Filipino Dish. This Recipe is Made of Sauteed Ginger, Garlic, Onion added with Chicken Meat, Sayote or Green Papaya Added with Rice Wash Water ( Hugas Bigas ) season with Salt or Patis (Fish Sauce) and Pepper, May Also add Chicken cubes.

Ingredients:
500 grams Chicken
1 Piece Ginger ( 3 Thumbs Size )
1 Piece Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Piece Sayote
1 Bunch Chili Leaves
3 Cups Rice Wash Water
1 Piece Chicken Cubes
2-3 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1-2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Black Pepper
Salt

Sweet Spicy Squid😋

Sangkap:
4 na butil Bawang
1 Sibuyas
Maliit na pirasoLuya
2 Siling Labuyo
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
3 tablespoon Banana Catsup
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Paraan ng pagluto:
1) Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya hanggang sa maging transparent na ang sibuyas
2) Ilagay ang pusit at sili wag tubigan kasi kusa magtubig ang pusit
3) Isunod ang oyster sauce, asukal at pakuluin
4) Timplahan ng asin at paminta ayon sa inyong panlasa at muling pakuluan.
5) Kapag malambot na at medyo tuyo at malapot na ang sabaw, ilagay nyo na ang Catsup at haluin.
