READ | Vlogger na naghahanap ng "Baboy na Halal" inisyuhan ng Show Cause Order ng NCMF.

Nagpalabas ng Show Cause Order ang National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF)–Davao Region sa isang digital creator/vlogger na si Crist Briand hinggil sa kanyang (burado ng) online post na “baboy na halal.”

Ayon sa NCMF, ito ay kaligawan, labis na nakakainsulto at kawalang respeto sa paniniwala, katuruan at damdamin ng komunidad ng Muslim.

Pinagpapaliwanag ang vlogger sa loob ng limang araw kung bakit hindi siya kinakailangang sampahan ng karampatang kasong legal, administratibo o anumang aksyon laban sa kanya.

Nagpaalala rin ang NCMF sa publiko na ang kalayaan sa pamamahayag ay may kaakibat na responsibilidad sa damdamin at respeto sa mga magkakaibang paniniwala at tradisyon.
