Unlike the Thai ROM of the Civic FC 1.8.
it does not have the Injector Base Pulse width parameter.
so, the only way to control fuel for boost using the file with paddle shifter enabled is to have a piggyback ECU like the ECU Tech 4.
Since Honda Stopped using IPW since 2013.
