LowPros Auto Club Bicol is a car club based on Bicol, Philippines, which dedicates its existence to the Filipino car community, by providing a medium to exchange information, ideas and experiences. It is also an outlet that allows them to feed their fascination and craving for the many possibilities on car modifications and customizations. LowPros provide car owners a virtuous environment wherein

each member will experience the enjoyment of sharing goodwill and fellowship through cars, and engaging in social events as may be agreeable to the membership and in accord with the club’s general objectives.
